Human Interest in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Partner Account Manager to accelerate our SMB partner relationships. You will develop referral networks with tech partners, HCM partners, brokers, CPAs, and financial advisors, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive pipeline and revenue.

This role requires 2+ years in partner-focused sales, a track record in quota-driven environments, and willingness to travel 3 days/week in Raleigh area.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of partner relationship experience in SMB tech/HCM space.
• Proven track record in quota-driven sales.
• Self-motivated, autonomous, and relationship-focused.
• Thrives in fast-paced, changing environments.
• Willingness to travel 3 days/week; Raleigh, NC located.

Responsibilities

• Develop, build, and amplify referral relationships with tech partners, HCM partners, brokers, CPAs, and financial advisors in the SMB space.
• Create and build strategic referral networks for lead generation and partnerships.
• Identify and resolve issues cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal and Finance.
• Collaborate with Partner Marketing on initiatives to promote partner sales (events, email, webinars).
• Set business goals with partners and develop go-to-market and demand-generation strategies.
