Job summary

Braven is seeking an Associate Director of Higher Education Partnerships to serve as a core strategic partner to Regional Senior Directors across 5–7 sites, shaping frameworks, and portfolio strategy. The role will also lead Braven’s national convening efforts for higher education leaders and drive agreement terms with Legal where needed.

You’ll define system, data, and organizational learning strategies, ensuring scalable partnership structures and measurable success across Braven’s portfolio

Qualifications

• Experience in higher education partnerships or equivalent strategy roles.
• Ability to develop and implement partnership frameworks and grant structures.
• Strong written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary strategic thought partner to Regional Senior Directors across 5–7 sites.
• Lead national convening bodies for higher education leaders (HEP Convening or Faculty Council).
• Drive MOU strategy, renewals, and agreement terms with cross-functional teams.
• Define systems and data strategy, including Salesforce/Asana, for portfolio-level insights.
• Contribute to department priorities and cross-functional initiatives.
