Job summary

Braven seeks a Senior Director to lead BravenX, our innovation program, driving growth and programmatic success. You will shape the partner experience, coordinate with Insights and Fellow Recruitment, and scale operations across multiple markets.

This role reports to the Chief Regional Success & Innovation Officer and manages a small team. The position is full-time, in-person in Chicago (IL) or New York City (NYC), with travel to partner sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• At least 7 years of related experience with a track record of successful outcomes.
• At least 4 years of experience managing and coaching others.
• Advanced application of qualitative and quantitative analysis, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to assemble and leverage data to build strategy.

Responsibilities

• Shape BravenX vision in partnership with the Chief Regional Success & Innovation Officer and key stakeholders.
• Own BravenX program implementation across recruitment, course experience, and post-course supports, ensuring goals are met.
• Lead all partner acquisition deliverables, ensuring communications and documentation are received, acknowledged, and accurately reported for contracts and grants.
• Build and maintain standard operating procedures and tracking systems for the partnership and sales cycle, including Salesforce.
