Job summary

Braven is seeking a Head of Program Design to own the evolution, quality, and integrity of Braven's program experiences. You will lead the design team, set standards, and ensure adult-centered learning at scale across campuses.

As part of the Product Leadership Team, you will translate research into pedagogy, build a scalable library of assets, and drive collaboration with staff, partners, and stakeholders to support Fellows’ transition from college to career.

Qualifications

• BS/BA required.
• 10+ years designing clear, engaging learning experiences.
• 3+ years leading a design team.
• Experience applying adult learning principles and culturally competent design.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve Braven's program experience and learning sequences.
• Set and uphold standards for quality and integrity of program experiences.
• Prepare staff and volunteers to facilitate with confidence and fidelity.
• Lead the Design team and contribute to the Product Leadership Team; scale programs across campuses.
