Job summary

Braven is seeking a Senior Director for BravenX to drive growth and ensure programmatic success across recruitment, coursework, and post-course support. You will lead a cross-functional team, partner with central and regional teams, and manage partnerships with nonprofits to maximize student outcomes and partner satisfaction.

You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and talent development while steering pilots and new approaches to scale BravenX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• At least 7 years of related experience with a track record of successful outcomes.
• At least 4 years of experience managing and coaching others.
• Advanced application of qualitative and quantitative analysis to build strategy.

Responsibilities

• Shape BravenX vision with executive leaders and stakeholders.
• Own BravenX program implementation across recruitment, course experience, and post-course supports.
• Lead BravenX elements including local programming and data collection on jobs campaigns.
• Represent BravenX to partners and surface needs to strengthen delivery and outcomes.
