Job summary

Braven is seeking an Associate Director, Higher Education Partnerships in Chicago to shape strategy, frameworks, and agreements that scale our higher education partnerships across 5–7 sites. You will lead strategic convenings and collaborate with senior leaders on portfolio-wide initiatives.

You will drive framework development, renewals, and risk assessment while partnering with Legal, Finance, and development teams to optimize partnership terms and impact.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in higher education partnerships or related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic thought partner to Regional Senior Directors across a portfolio of 5–7 higher education sites.
• Develop frameworks and decision rules for partnership structures, including incentives and funding mechanisms.
• Lead cross-site planning and portfolio-level analysis to scale Braven's higher education partnerships.
