Job summary

Braven is seeking an Associate Director of Higher Education Partnerships to shape strategy and leverage portfolios across multiple partner sites, partnering with senior directors and leaders to scale Braven’s impact.

You will oversee national convening bodies, craft partnership structures and MOUs with legal alignment, and drive data-informed decisions using Salesforce and Asana for portfolio health and performance.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of professional experience in higher education partnerships or related field.
• Ability to work with senior leaders and influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary strategic thought partner to Regional Senior Directors across 5–7 sites.
• Develop and steward frameworks for partnership structures and funding mechanisms.
• Lead one national strategic convening body for higher education leaders.
• Define and improve Salesforce, Asana, and related systems for partnership work.
• Coordinate portfolio-level analysis and reporting.
