Braven seeks a Director, Program Innovation to lead design and execution of high-impact pilots, advancing partnerships with universities and employers. The role blends program strategy, operational planning, and跨-team collaboration to scale Braven’s career pathways for Fellows across multiple hubs.

You’ll translate research into actionable programs, manage pilots end-to-end, and drive organizational learning with data-driven storytelling.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years managing multiple complex cross-functional strategic initiatives.
• Experience launching or building new programs, functions, or business lines.

Mansioni

• Lead pilot design & execution across alumni engagement and talent pathways.
• Define scalable program strategies and integrate pilots into the core model.
• Manage pilot logistics end-to-end with minimal hand-holding and high attention to detail.
