Braven is a national nonprofit seeking a Director of Program Innovation to join the Transformation team. The role reports to the Head of Transformation and focuses on turning disruptive ideas into scalable programs, including an expanded higher-ed partnership pilot.

You will work across internal teams with no direct reports to drive measurable student and partner impact. The role emphasizes piloting, program design, data analysis, and strategic integration to scale Braven’s career pathways while

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years of managing multiple complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives and leading others to outcomes including building or launching a new program, function, or business line from the ground up.
• Experience translating research and strategy into scalable program designs.
• Ability to influence and align across senior stakeholders without formal authority.

Responsabilidades

• Lead pilot design and execution across alumni engagement and talent/employer-pathway pilots, with AI-centered pilots as a likely third.
• Test and refine quickly at partner sites, building a framework for replication across contexts.
• Define strategy for a fully embedded career experience at scale, adapting Braven’s model for new partnerships.
• Conceive, design, and execute pilots to excite students, alumni, and partner stakeholders.
• Lead team debriefs after pilots and translate insights into ongoing design improvements.
