Job summary

Robinhood is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Partnerships & Integrations to lead TradePMR's external relationships with technology partners and advisor firms. You will guide onboarding, negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize integration outcomes.

The role is based in Tampa or Clearwater, FL, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week. You will help build scalable partner ecosystems and drive enterprise-grade integrations for RIAs.

Qualifications

7+ years in partnerships, biz dev, or strategic accounts.
Experience managing external tech vendor relationships in regulated finance.
Comfort hosting events and negotiating with executives at senior levels.
Strong cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, legal, marketing.

Responsibilities

Advise enterprise RIAs and breakaway teams on custody transitions and platform fit.
Lead Transition Sandbox walkthroughs and live demo environments for firms.
Be the external face for partner firms, coordinating with multiple internal teams.
Build and maintain partner resources, guides, and collateral.
Support sales with accurate partner materials and feed insights to roadmap planning.
Manage COI engagements, monthly strategy touchpoints, and executive roundtables.
Own relationships with core tech partners and specialized providers.
Coordinate with Marketing on adjacent COI relationships and events.
Represent external perspective in integration roadmap discussions.
