Job summary

Robinhood is seeking a senior partnerships professional to join our Florida team, based in Tampa and Clearwater with in-person collaboration three days a week.

You will advise enterprise RIAs, run Transition Sandbox demos, manage TradePMR integrations, and build a Partner Resource Hub while coordinating with Marketing, Product, Legal and Finance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in partnerships, business development, or strategic account management.
• Experience managing external relationships with technology vendors and/or advisor or client firms in a regulated financial services environment.
• Ability to host events, manage executive relationships, and negotiate.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Legal and Compliance, Marketing, and integrations teams.
• Familiarity with the RIA custodial tech landscape (portfolio management systems, CRM, TAMP, and financial planning tools) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Advise enterprise RIAs and transitioning teams on custody transitions and platform fit.
• Lead Transition Sandbox walkthroughs and live demos for firms.
• Serve as trusted contact for advisor firms navigating the TradePMR integration ecosystem.
• Build and maintain the Partner Resource Hub with custodial comparisons and integration guides.
• Equip internal teams with current partner and integration collateral and track live integrations.
• Manage the Center of Influence (COI) engagement cadence with monthly touchpoints and quarterly briefings.
• Oversee the COI Advisory Council across consulting, technology, M&A, and recruiting.
• Own relationships with core technology and TAMP partners.
• Coordinate with Marketing and BD on COI relationships like transition consultants and capital providers.
• Plan and represent TradePMR at partner events and VIP dinners.
• Negotiate custom commercial terms with strategic partners.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Finance on sign-offs using a template-first approach.
• Surface partner and client integration requests to Product/Engineering prioritization.
• Represent external partner perspective in roadmap planning and work with tactical integrations team.
