Job summary

Robinhood is seeking a Partnerships/Business Development leader to engage enterprise RIAs and guide custody transitions. You will own Transition Sandbox demos, act as the external face for advisor firms in the TradePMR ecosystem, and build partner collateral while coordinating with Marketing, Legal, Compliance and Product teams.

You will drive COI strategy, manage core tech and TAMP partner relationships, and plan regional partner events, while negotiating terms with strategic partners to

Qualifications

• 7+ years in partnerships, business development, or strategic account management in wealthtech, fintech, or RIA custodial services.
• Experience managing external relationships with technology vendors and advisor or client firms in regulated financial services.
• Ability to serve as external face, hosting events and managing executive relationships.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Legal & Compliance, Marketing and integrations teams.
• Familiarity with RIA custodial tech landscape (portfolio management, CRM, TAMP, financial planning tools).

Responsibilities

• Advise enterprise RIAs and breakaway teams on custody transitions.
• Lead Transition Sandbox walkthroughs and live demos.
• Be trusted contact for advisor firms in the TradePMR ecosystem.
• Build and maintain Partner Resource Hub with custodial data and guides.
• Provide current partner and integration collateral to Sales and Practice Management.
• Lead COI engagement cadence and quarterly briefings.
• Stand up COI Advisory Council across consulting, tech, M&A and recruiting.
• Manage relationships with core tech and TAMP partners.
• Coordinate with Marketing and BD on COI relationships.
• Plan and represent TradePMR at partner events and VIP dinners.
• Negotiate custom commercial terms with strategic partners.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Finance on sign-offs.
• Surface partner and client integration requests for Product/Engineering.
• Represent external partner perspective in roadmap planning.
