Job summary

Robinhood is seeking a high-impact partner strategist to lead external relationships with RIAs and technology vendors. You will own transition walkthroughs, integration coordination, and the development of partner resources to accelerate onboarding and adoption.

The role emphasizes in-person collaboration at the Tampa/ Clearwater offices, with regular executive engagements and regional events. A track record in wealthtech partnerships is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in partnerships, business development, or strategic account management, ideally in wealthtech/fintech services.
• Experience managing external relationships with technology vendors and advisory firms in regulated financial services.
• Strong external-facing skills including hosting events, executive relationship management, and negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Advise enterprise RIAs and transitional teams on custody transitions and platform fit.
• Run Transition Sandbox walkthroughs and live demos for prospective/transitioning firms.
• Be the trusted contact for advisor firms navigating TradePMR integration ecosystem.
• Build and maintain the Partner Resource Hub with custodial comparisons, guides, and one-pagers.
• Provide up-to-date partner/integration collateral to Practice Management and Sales teams.
