Job summary

Darktrace in Washington, DC is seeking a Partner Solutions Engineer to strengthen strategic partner engagements. You will lead technical enablement, design scalable solutions across Darktrace platforms, and align outcomes with customer needs through MEDDPICC-informed discovery and value construction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in solutions engineering, presales, partner engineering, or related customer-facing role in cybersecurity or SaaS.
• Strong knowledge of networking, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and modern security architectures.
• Experience with SOC technologies and workflows (SIEM, SOAR, EDR, XDR) and ability to translate requirements into technical designs.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical relationship and engagement plan for assigned partners.
• Deliver structured technical enablement across Darktrace capabilities, use cases, and value articulation.
• Lead structured discovery aligned to MEDDPICC to identify pain, impact, urgency, and requirements.
• Architect scalable solutions across Darktrace platform capabilities for hybrid/multicloud environments.
• Engage stakeholders with tailored messaging and lead or support demonstrations, solution reviews, and technical conversations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure clean handoffs from presales through deployment, adoption, and expansion.
