Hightouch is seeking an experienced Solutions Engineer to partner with ISVs and SIs, shaping technical engagements and co-sell motion. You will own relationships with partner SEs, PMs, and alliance leaders, delivering hands-on demos and joint solutions that drive ARR growth across top partners.

You will translate partner feedback into prioritized product input and manage end-to-end delivery from scoping to launch, with up to 30% travel to Summits and customer engagements.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in Solutions Engineering, Partner SE, or similar roles at enterprise scale.
• Hands-on fluency with SQL and at least one of Snowflake, Databricks or BigQuery.
• Proven ability to influence revenue, adoption, or product direction through partners.
• Ability to build trust with senior technical stakeholders across orgs.
• Excellent communicator across data engineers, PMs, SEs and executives; up to 30% travel.

Responsabilidades

• Influence partner technical orgs (70%): manage relationships with partner SEs, PMs, alliance leads, and sales.
• Deliver custom demos, labs, reference architectures, and joint content for field teams and events.
• Lead enablement sessions so partners can position and co-sell with minimal direct support.
• Translate feedback to product roadmap and manage end-to-end delivery of improvements.
