Hightouch is seeking a high-impact Head of AdTech Partnerships to drive sourced revenue and shape cross-functional strategy with DSPs, SSPs, and data providers. You will build deep, executive-level relationships and activate partner sales teams to accelerate pipeline.

Reporting to the Head of Tech Partnerships, you will lead joint sales campaigns and co-marketing, travel up to 30%, and own the partner motion at a high-growth SaaS company that values agency and ownership.

Qualifications

• Built a successful partner sales motion in AdTech (DSPs/SSPs or data providers).
• Proven success in outbound or revenue-driving partner roles.
• Strong network within the AdTech ecosystem and programmatic ad sales familiarity.
• High ownership, hunger, and ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams.
• Interest in composable CDPs, identity, and data activation.

Responsabilités

• Own strategy and execution for driving sourced revenue from AdTech ecosystem partners (DSPs, SSPs, and data providers).
• Build trusted relationships with sales, product, and marketing leaders at partner orgs.
• Enable and activate partner sales teams with training, playbooks, and field collateral.
• Coordinate co-marketing, field events, and executive programs to drive visibility and influence with partner organizations (up to 30% travel).
• Serve as the point of accountability for all AdTech partner relationships, ensuring partners refer and prioritize Hightouch in deals.
