Job summary

Hightouch is seeking a Senior Enterprise Solutions Engineer to own the technical win, partnering with Account Executives to drive the full technical sales motion from discovery and architecture to tailored demos and rigorous validation.

The role focuses on multi-stakeholder enterprise sales, deep data ecosystem knowledge, and guiding customers through AI and data activation workflows. Travel may be required in a high-growth B2B SaaS setting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise pre-sales or solutions engineering experience.
• Ability to lead technical discovery and design with C-suite audiences.
• Familiarity with cloud data warehouses, data modeling, and data engineering.
• Experience in competitive enterprise sales motions (MEDDPICC or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery to map data architecture and objectives to a tailored solution.
• Design and deliver product demos and architectural solutions across product suites.
• Run end-to-end PoCs from scoping to validation for complex enterprise deals.
• Build deep technical relationships with data engineers, architects, and marketing technologists.
• Navigate buying committees including engineering, marketing, and executives.
• Advise customers on AI workflows, data activation, and agentic products with Product/Engineering alignment.
• Leverage AI tooling to speed and improve outcomes in the Solutions Engineering workflow.
