Job summary

Hex is building a partner function to scale its GTM strategy. You will own the technical enablement curriculum, create demos, and run onboarding for SI/consulting partners. The role focuses on architecture reviews, live trainings, and scalable collateral, with a target of accelerating partner competency.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Solutions Engineering or related fields, fluent SQL/Python, and strong demo and curriculum design skills. Remote-friendly with travel 25–30% across the US.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Architecture.
• Hands-on fluency with SQL and Python and end-to-end analytics workflows.
• Experience enabling channel/SI/consulting partners rather than only direct customers.
• Experience designing training curricula or enablement programs from scratch.
• Strong live-presentation and demo skills; comfortable presenting to partner teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and own the technical enablement curriculum for Hex’s SI/consulting partner ecosystem.
• Build and maintain a partner-facing demo library for Hex demos.
• Run technical onboarding for new partners with enablement sessions and architecture reviews.
• Deliver live and recorded trainings, workshops, and office hours to scale partner self-sufficiency.
• Serve as the technical point of contact for top partners on complex deals and provide POC support.
• Produce partner-facing technical collateral: briefs, guides, and scripts.
• Channel feedback from partner engagements to Product/Engineering to close gaps.
• Track enablement health metrics like certifications and time-to-first-deal.
