Job summary

Hightouch is seeking a Mid-Market Solutions Engineer to own the technical win alongside the Account Executive team. You will guide discovery, architect solutions, and demonstrate how Hightouch’s platform accelerates data-driven marketing across complex enterprise environments.

In this role you will run PoCs end-to-end, build trusted advisor relationships with data engineers and marketing technologists, and align product strategy with enterprise customer needs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in pre-sales or solutions engineering with complex multi-stakeholder deals.
• Ability to lead discovery, architecture design, and solution demos for enterprise buyers.
• Familiarity with modern data ecosystems, cloud data warehouses, data modeling, APIs.
• Experience in competitive sales motions; knowledge of MEDDPICC, Command the Message is a plus.
• Strong communication with technical and business audiences, including C-suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery to understand data architecture, marketing workflows, and objectives.
• Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations and architectural solutions.
• Run end-to-end proof-of-concept engagements from scoping to validation.
• Build deep technical relationships with data engineers, architects, and marketing technologists.
• Navigate complex buying committees and engage with executives across orgs.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to shape GTM for AI and agentic products.
• Leverage AI tooling to improve speed, creativity, and impact in sales workflows.
