Job summary

Hightouch is seeking a Solutions Engineer to partner with the sales and engineering teams, acting as the SE counterpart to the partner sales force. You will build durable relationships with ISVs like Snowflake, Databricks, and BigQuery, gather partner feedback, and drive joint product changes end-to-end.

You will influence partner technical orgs and drive co-sell opportunities, while also coordinating enablement, demos, and field content to accelerate ARR with our partner network.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Solutions Engineering, Partner SE, or Solutions Architecture at enterprise level.

Responsibilities

• Influence partner technical orgs (70%): own the technical relationship with Partner SEs, PMs, alliance leadership, and Sales at top ISVs/SIs.
• Build and deliver custom demos, labs, reference architectures, and joint content for partner field teams and events.
• Run enablement sessions for partner SEs and AEs to position and co-sell with minimal direct involvement.
• Provide deal-level technical support with discovery, architecture reviews, and demo environments.
• Package joint solutions with industry principals and field CTOs.
