• Support the operational execution and ongoing management of Channel & Ecosystem Partner programs.
• Develop, document, and improve processes, workflows, and playbooks that drive partner program effectiveness.
• Manage program activities, communications, reporting, and stakeholder coordination across the partner organization.
• Deliver recurring business insights, dashboards, and analysis to support operational and strategic decision-making.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to execute partner initiatives.
• Track program performance, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.
