Job summary

Calix is seeking a Cloud Solutions Manager to accelerate customer transformation by adopting Calix Cloud solutions, including Service Cloud, Engagement Cloud, Operations Cloud, Foundation Cloud, and analytics tools. You will work with account teams, Sales Engineers, and Customer Success to design cloud architectures, deliver compelling demos, and guide customers through complex decision cycles.

The role blends technical solution engineering with strategic sales, requiring clear communication

Qualifications

5+ years in a related role: Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, Cloud Consultant, or similar.
Strong understanding of cloud analytics, SaaS platforms, data pipelines, and API integration.
Experience with broadband, telecommunications, OSS/BSS, or network operations preferred.

Responsibilities

Drive Cloud Growth & Sales Execution across your region.
Lead cloud-focused account strategies and expand adoption of Calix Cloud products.
Present technical and business value to multi-level stakeholders including executives.
Architect solutions aligning Calix Cloud capabilities with customer goals.
Deliver tailored demonstrations of Service Cloud, Engagement Cloud, Operations Cloud and analytics.
Support RFPs, technical reviews, and solution validation.
