Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking a Strategic Partnerships Operations Manager to build an operational backbone across a fast-growing team. You will synthesize partner feedback into product roadmaps and craft high-impact collateral for new solutions.

The role requires technical fluency, autonomy, and a proven ability to scale workflows using AI tools. You will bridge Strategy, Product, and Sales, coordinating pilots and launches while aligning internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Business Operations, Strategic Partnerships, Product Marketing, or Program Management in high-growth tech.
• Ability to understand complex technical products, platform infrastructure, or developer tools.
• Track record in establishing cross-functional operating models and external collateral.
• AI tooling proficiency to scale workflows and automate tasks.
• Location-based hybrid work from Cloudflare offices (SF/NY/Austin).

Responsibilities

• Design and run the team's operational backbone and cadences for visibility across initiatives.
• Synthesize market signals and partner feedback to inform product roadmaps.
• Create executive-ready collateral and enablement briefs for strategic initiatives.
• Translate technical infrastructure into clear narratives for external partners and internal leaders.
• Coordinate pilots and partnership launches with marketing, product, and sales teams.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Go-To-Market to align learnings and narratives.
