Job summary

Insight Enterprises, Inc. in the Phoenix area seeks a Partner Business Development Manager to drive collaboration between Insight and vendor partners, identifying and targeting profitable accounts across Insight sales segments.

You will engage with vendor partners, lead campaigns, track performance, and help shape short- and long-term sales strategies within your territory, with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum five years of channel IT experience in a dynamic sales environment.
• Tier 1 vendor experience and knowledge required.
• Excellent prospecting and cold calling skills.
• Proven track record of exceeding objectives and quotas.
• Knowledge of specific vendor products is a must.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales efforts between Insight sales and partner sales; promote partner programs and products.
• Grow Share of Wallet within a territory to meet sales and profit goals through meetings with Insight and vendor teams.
• Maintain communication with sales management to ensure proactive collaboration with partner sales.
• Present information to top management and stakeholders as needed.
• Meet sales and activity goals and track opportunities and outcomes.
• Design and implement partner marketing and sales programs and support short/long-term strategies.
