Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks a Partner Engagement Lead in Seattle to manage strategic partner engagements that drive measurable business outcomes.

You will influence stakeholders from individual contributors to senior leaders and translate market insights into actionable plans within the AWS AI stack. You will collaborate with engineering, product, and sales teams to define go-to-market initiatives, drive production-ready engagements, and ensure partner investments translate into quantified

Qualifications

Experience in Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting.
Experience presenting to both technical and non-technical executive audiences.
Bachelor's degree.
Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.

Responsibilities

Run quarterly milestone reviews for each assigned partner against defined goals and measure pipeline, testimonials, and revenue outcomes.
Surface operational patterns to program leadership and escalate blockers as the cohort grows.
Advise on team composition adjustments based on partner performance and capacity.
Validate opportunities meet production, agentic AI, and named accounts criteria within partner portfolios.
Partner with AWS field teams to embed agentic-led engagements in partner-customer work.
Resolve engagement-level blockers across AWS and partner teams to reduce misalignment and duplication.
Coordinate across partner management, specialist teams, and field sales to drive a unified approach.
