Responsibilities

• Own the customer relationship. Serve as the primary point of contact between AWS and a strategic customer's leadership, building deep, trust-based relationships and aligning both organizations around shared goals and measurable outcomes.
• Lead program strategy and execution. Own an engagement program end to end, from concept and design through delivery, measurement, and continuous improvement.
• Drive community impact. Shape how AWS invests in communities through mentoring, career exploration, tech education, and skills development, with a focus on reaching untapped markets.
• Represent AWS externally. Act as the face of AWS at the customer's flagship events, national summits, and community gatherings, including engagement at the board and Trustee level.
• Coordinate employee engagement. Secure and orchestrate the participation of senior Amazon leaders, including Directors and VPs, to maximize the impact and visibility of key moments.
• Define goals and prioritize. Set clear objectives, make crisp decisions about which initiatives move forward and in what order, and keep work aligned to the highest-impact outcomes.
• Communicate results. Deliver a regular cadence of progress reports and business outcomes to senior leadership and external executives, presenting complex information clearly and concisely.
