Top Echelon Software, LLC in Kingsport, TN seeks a results-driven Sales Manager to grow our flexible packaging business in the northeast TN area. You will identify and win new enterprise clients while delivering technical insights and value-driven solutions that address real packaging challenges.

Partner with R&D, prepress, and production to ensure flawless execution and a high-touch customer experience. Travel up to 50% is required to build relationships and close strategic deals.

Competenze

• 8+ years in sales or technical service interactions with B2B customers.
• Proven ability to navigate long sales cycles and close deals.
• Experience selling packaging or printing solutions is a plus.

Mansioni

• Identify and win new enterprise clients across food, beverage, confectionery, pet food, and consumer goods.
• Open doors, build trust, and turn opportunities into long-term partnerships.
• Learn and apply technical knowledge of rotogravure printing, substrates, and ink systems.
• Help clients select materials for packaging needs and communicate value.
• Forecast and track sales performance; prepare quotes and RFP responses.
• Collaborate with R&D, prepress, and production to ensure flawless execution.
