Professional Recruiting Consultants, Inc. is seeking a driven Sales Manager to grow the flexible packaging business in northeast Tennessee.

You will build new relationships, guide clients to efficient packaging solutions, and manage accounts end-to-end with a strong emphasis on consultative selling and technical learning. Expect a dynamic, relationship-driven environment where you’ll blend sales strategy with product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Friendly, persuasive, and relationship-driven approach to sales.
• 8+ years in sales or technical service (B2B preferred).
• Willingness to learn technical aspects of printing and packaging.
• Ability to navigate long sales cycles and close deals.
• Strong teamwork across functions to exceed customer expectations.
• Formal education in Business/Packaging/Graphic Communications or related field preferred.
• Proficient with CRM and Microsoft Office tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, including international travel.

Responsabilités

• Identify and win new enterprise clients across food, beverage, confectionery, pet food, and consumer goods industries.
• Open doors, build trust, and turn opportunities into long-term partnerships.
• Learn and apply technical knowledge of rotogravure printing, substrates, and ink systems.
• Help clients select the right materials for their packaging needs.
• Communicate performance, quality, and cost advantages of rotogravure printing.
• Position solutions that improve clients’ operations and brand.
• Partner with R&D, prepress, and production to ensure flawless project execution.
• Forecast and track sales performance and deliver high-touch customer experience.
