Top Echelon Software, LLC in Kingsport, TN is seeking a driven Sales Manager to grow our flexible packaging business in the northeast Tennessee area. You will blend technical learning with consultative selling to solve real packaging challenges and guide clients to smarter solutions.

You’ll own the customer experience from first contact to final delivery, build long-term partnerships, and collaborate with R&D, prepress, and production to ensure flawless execution. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in sales or technical service (B2B preferred).
• Willing to travel up to 50% (including occasional international travel).
• Ability to manage accounts end-to-end and build long-term partnerships.
• Curiosity to learn technical aspects of printing and packaging.
• Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills.

Responsabilités

• Identify and win new enterprise clients across industries (food, beverage, confectionery, pet food, consumer goods).
• Open doors, build trust, and turn opportunities into long-term partnerships.
• Learn and apply technical knowledge of rotogravure printing, substrates, and ink systems.
• Help clients select materials for their packaging needs.
• Communicate advantages of rotogravure printing and position value.
• Collaborate with R&D, prepress, and production to ensure flawless execution.
• Own the customer experience from first conversation to final delivery.
• Forecast and track sales performance and prepare quotes, proposals, and RFP responses.
