This role demands stakeholder coordination across marketing, R&D, and field service, with a strong emphasis on negotiations, relationship building, and cross-functional collaboration to meet customer needs

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 3+ years relevant experience in technical, sales and general management, preferably within the packaging industry.
• Experience in a large-scale B2B environment.
• Ability to travel domestically & internationally 60% of time.

• Deliver sales goals including profitable year-over-year growth for assigned territory.
• Grow share of wallet through prospecting and networking.
• Coordinate with marketing, R&D, and field service to support trials and customer needs.
• Manage accounts and forecast in CRM tool.
