• In partnership with the Sales Manager, build and execute a sales and marketing strategy to capture new business at existing customers and identify new customers in a variety of new and emerging industries.
• Drive new sales opportunities by identifying key decision-makers and creating the right approach to reach them.
• Initiate customer relationships and close business utilizing a proven sales process.
• Leverage packaging capabilities by working with design, pricing, customer service, estimating, production, procurement, and logistics to design custom packaging solutions.
• Manage customer expectations and provide excellent customer service experience.
• Cultivate long-term customer relationships to meet ongoing packaging needs.
• Monitor market, customer, and consumer trends that impact the business.
