Job summary

Liberty Diversified International in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an Account Manager to drive new business and grow existing customer relationships in the packaging sector. The role reports to the Director Sales – Packaging Texas and is located at our Fort Worth facility.

Responsibilities include developing a go-to-market strategy, engaging key decision-makers, collaborating with design, pricing, customer service, estimating, production, procurement, and logistics to deliver tailored packaging

Qualifications

• 2+ related sales experience or a Bachelor’s degree in Sales/Marketing/Business.
• Experience in corrugated and paper industry preferred.
• Experience planning, implementing, and analyzing new sales strategies.
• Strong prospecting and business development skills.
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales/marketing strategy to win new business and grow existing accounts.
• Identify key decision-makers and create approaches to engage them.
• Initiate and close business using a proven sales process.
• Collaborate with internal teams (design, pricing, CS, estimating, production, procurement, logistics) to craft packaging solutions.
• Manage customer expectations and deliver exceptional service.
• Foster long-term relationships to meet ongoing packaging needs.
• Monitor market and customer trends affecting the business.
