Job summary

Liberty Diversified International (LDI) is seeking an Account Manager focused on growing new business and expanding existing customer relationships within the packaging sector. The role reports to the Director Sales - Packaging Texas and is based at our Fort Worth facility.

You will drive go-to-market strategies, coordinate with internal teams, and manage a broad book of business to improve margins and profitability for LDI.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2+ years of related sales experience, or a Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing or Business.
• Previous corrugated and paper industry experience is required.
• Experience planning, implementing and analyzing new sales strategies.
• Strong prospecting and business development skills are essential.
• Excellent communication, resolving issues and decision-making abilities.
• Must be able to travel locally up to 75% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a sales and marketing strategy to win new business and grow existing customers.
• Identify key decision-makers and drive outreach with traditional and GTM strategies.
• Initiate relationships and close business using a proven sales process.
• Collaborate with design, pricing, customer service, estimating, production, procurement and logistics to create packaging solutions.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high-quality service.
• Monitor market and customer trends to inform strategy.
