Job summary

Liberty Packaging in Fort Worth, TX seeks an Account Manager to grow our B2B client base by winning new business and expanding existing relationships. You will execute a go-to-market strategy to help customers reduce costs and increase margins while delivering outstanding service.

Reporting to the Director of Sales - Packaging Texas, you will partner with internal teams to design packaging solutions, manage expectations, and travel up to 75% locally to meet clients.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in related sales experience or Bachelor's degree in Sales/Marketing/Business.
• Experience in corrugated and paper industry.
• Experience planning, implementing, and analyzing new sales strategies.
• Strong prospecting and business development skills.
• Excellent communication skills and superior resolution and decision-making skills.
• Ability to travel locally up to 75% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales and marketing strategy to capture new business at existing customers and identify new customers.
• Drive new sales opportunities by identifying key decision-makers and using GTM approaches.
• Initiate customer relationships and close business using a proven sales process.
• Collaborate with design, pricing, customer service, estimating, production, procurement, and logistics to design packaging solutions.
• Manage customer expectations and provide excellent customer service.
• Cultivate long-term customer relationships to meet ongoing packaging needs.
• Monitor market, customer, and consumer trends impacting the business.
• Other duties as assigned.
