Job summary

Liberty Diversified International is seeking a Senior Account Manager in Poway, CA, to drive new business while expanding existing customer relationships. The role reports to the Sales Director – Southwest Packaging and operates in a hybrid remote environment at our Poway facility.

You will work with internal teams to design packaging solutions, manage key accounts, and travel up to 75% locally, with potential extended trips as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or related field.
• High school diploma/GED with 5+ years of related sales experience.

Responsibilities

• In partnership with the area Sales Manager, build and execute a sales and marketing strategy to capture new business at existing customers and identify new customers in various industries.
• Drive new sales opportunities by identifying key decision-makers and executing GTM strategies to capture market share and improve margin.
• Initiate customer relationships and close business using a proven sales process.
• Collaborate with design, pricing, customer service, estimating, production, procurement and logistics to design packaging solutions meeting customer needs.
• Manage customer expectations and provide excellent service; cultivate long-term relationships.
