Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to support small to medium customers and manage distribution in the Pacific Northwest. The role involves working with large accounts, handling non-selling processes, and building relationships with key influencers.

You will lead negotiations, develop sales forecasts, and drive cross-functional collaboration to achieve revenue and growth targets. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience, at least 3 years of relevant

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above US E5/Canadian rank.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship offered.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share of market.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network across levels.
• Execute sales/marketing plans, delivering volume and value; align sales plan with marketing.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect market intelligence to shape sales strategy and product development decisions.
• Lead negotiations and implement price strategies aligned with business goals.
