Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest region to grow the customer base, manage distribution, and collaborate with large accounts.

You will generate leads, define territories, and provide technical solutions across channels—face-to-face, phone, or email—with a focus on delivering growth and value. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or military experience, at least 3 years in sales, and US work eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship for this position.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share of market.
• Search new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network to different levels within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan and deliver in volume and value; align sales plan with marketing.
