Job summary

TransUnion is seeking a Client Executive - Financial Services Sales to act as a trusted advisor to financial services clients, understanding their business needs and crafting strategies that drive retention, expansion, and long-term success. You will navigate large organizations, build executive relationships, and coordinate across teams to deliver value.

This remote role may require occasional in-person attendance at events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years selling, consulting and/or business development in financial services.
• Major account experience in a matrix environment with navigating large organizations and closing business in Financial Services.
• Proven client engagement skills including prospecting, relationship-building, deal-making and negotiating.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall relationship with assigned accounts; identify key decision makers, influencers, buyers and sponsors.
• Lead and coordinate resources for client-facing business reviews and internal account planning sessions.
• Facilitate client-facing and internal sales meetings; ensure appropriate resource participation.
• Collaborate with Industry Executives and matrix partners to drive adoption of new product opportunities.
• Serve as customer advocate; understand business model and market position to drive engagements.
• Own the account planning process and determine strategic initiatives for customers.
• Review usage gaps and expansion opportunities with Client Value Executives to support retention and growth.
