ABC Supply Interiors seeks an Outside Sales Representative in San Diego to cultivate relationships with contractors and drive sales across drywall, ceiling tiles, steel framing and related products.

You will handle all steps of the sales process, develop a strategic plan, generate leads, and pursue upsell opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction and on-time payments. Strong communication and organized, professional conduct are essential.

Formación

• College degree (Business, Sales or related field) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Industry knowledge in building materials or contractor processes preferred.
• Proven experience in business development and strong sales skills.
• Must have valid driver’s license, own reliable transportation, pass MVR, and meet insurance requirements.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication, interpersonal and public speaking skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor; strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Cultivate and manage customer relationships.
• Conduct all steps of the sales process with customers.
• Create and pursue customer leads.
• Create a sales plan and target customers accordingly.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell.
• Make cold calls to prospective customers.
• Follow leads and schedule appointments with prospects.
• Follow up with customers and provide solutions to service concerns.
• Provide training to customers on product lines and services.
• Direct creation of quotes for customers.
• Gather feedback from customers for Sales/Branch Managers.
• Collect competitive market and pricing information.
• Coordinate with customers to ensure payments are collected as needed.
