Job summary

ABC Supply Interiors is seeking a service oriented Outside Sales Representative to cultivate relationships with contractors and drive sales. The role covers all steps of the sales process, from leads and quotes to training and follow-up.

Ideal candidates have a college degree or equivalent, proven business development and sales skills, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation. Strong communication and time management are essential.

Qualifications

• College degree (Business, Sales or related field) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven experience in business development and strong sales skills.
• Familiarity with product lines and the building contractor process preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; able to pass MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and manage customer relationships with contractors.
• Execute all steps of the sales process with customers from leads to quotes.
• Create and pursue customer leads and develop a sales plan.
• Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell; make cold calls as needed.
• Follow up with customers and provide solutions for service concerns.
• Provide training to customers on product lines and services.
• Direct the creation of quotes and coordinate payments when needed.
