Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Degree or Equivalent required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Business Administration, Engineering, or relevant field preferred.
• 3+ years of professional sales experience in related industry.
• Strong planning, resource allocation and coordination of people and resources.
• Excellent verbal, written, analytical, persuasion and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Administers sales plans to ensure customer satisfaction, quota attainment, account strategy and staff motivation.
• Drives daily cadence of activities, process, and expectations with the team.
• Forecasts and sets sales quotas for field sales representatives.
• Coordinates order service and customer communications for quotations and proposals.
• Maintains relationships with top customers and partners with suppliers on marketing initiatives.
• Interfaces with internal support departments to ensure positive customer experience.
• Travels as required (25–50%) to customer sites and events.
