Job summary

Wesco is seeking a Manager - Inside Sales to drive the execution of strategic direction, develop the inside sales team, and maximize profitability across assigned markets in the United States. You will partner with leadership to staff the team, lead sales initiatives, and expand the customer base while delivering training and education programs.

You will coach and mentor sales personnel, align with branch and field leaders, and implement targeted programs to penetrate new markets.

Qualifications

• 4 years of inside sales management or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong consultative sales skills and ability to coach growing teams.
• Knowledge of wholesale distribution products/markets is a plus.
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities with a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage branch sales plan to meet profitability goals.
• Partner with supplier programs to drive mutual growth.
• Coach and mentor inside sales staff to improve performance.
• Provide creative, broad-based solutions to customers to achieve goals.
