Job summary

Wesco is seeking a Senior Outside Sales Representative in Denver to develop new prospects and manage assigned customers, aiming to increase sales and margin of Wesco products and services. Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Marketing, Sales, Business, Engineering or related field.
• 3-5 years outside sales experience required; 4 years industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Qualify accounts by determining market potential and provide periodic territory sales forecasts.
• Execute and expand assigned account plan in collaboration with management.
• Pursue and develop leads, including referrals and cold calling.
• Communicate with customers to identify needs and propose products and services.
• Demonstrate products and value to meet customer needs; drive the sales cycle.
• Maintain relationships post-sale to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Develop sales plans with suppliers to grow accounts; use sales tools to track progress.
• Provide quotations solo or with support; mentor sales teammates.
