Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Outside Sales required.
• 4 years of experience in the Human Capital Management Industry.
• Driver's License is required.

Responsibilities

• Identify customers’ needs and present Paychex solutions.
• Schedule visits to potential and current referral sources.
• Prospect new clients using multiple methods.
• Analyze customer needs and refer appropriate products.
• Complete new business paperwork by deadlines.
• Expedite customer problem resolutions.
• Project a positive image of the Corporation.
