Job summary

Paychex Deutschland GmbH is seeking a results-driven sales professional to develop new clients and expand the client base in Core Sales, HCM Services, or Major Market Sales. You will leverage a go-to-market strategy, schedule meetings, and drive referrals to grow revenue and market share.

The role requires 2 years of B2B sales/marketing and HCM experience, plus CRM skills and a valid driver's license. Travel may be required depending on territory and opportunities.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma - Required.
• Bachelor's Degree - Preferred.
• 2 years of experience in B2B Sales/Marketing.
• 2 years of experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) industry.
• Cold Calling Experience.
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software experience.
• Valid Driver's License - Required.

Responsibilities

• Leverage Go-to-Market Sales Strategy to identify needs and present Paychex solutions to stakeholders.
• Schedule appointments and visit potential and current referral sources to secure referrals.
• Prospect for new clients and referral sources via calls, mail, seminars, and events.
• Analyze customer needs and determine suitable products and referrals.
• Complete and submit accurate new business paperwork and weekly activity reports.
• Expedite resolution of customer problems or complaints.
• Project a positive image representing the corporation to clients and community.
• Occasional travel outside territory for conferences, training, or meetings.
