Job summary

Paychex Deutschland GmbH is seeking a dynamic sales professional to drive new business within the Core Sales, Human Resource Services Sales, or Major Market Sales teams. You will actively identify client needs, present Paychex solutions, and build relationships from initial contact to closing, with travel as required.

You will leverage a go-to-market strategy, schedule appointments, prospect for new clients, and manage reports and paperwork to support revenue growth.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2 years of experience in B2B sales/marketing.
• 2 years in the Human Capital Management industry.
• Cold calling experience and CRM experience.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Leverage Go-to-Market strategy to identify needs and present Paychex solutions.
• Schedule appointments and visit potential and current referral sources.
• Prospect for new clients and referral sources via multiple channels.
• Analyze customer needs and refer to appropriate Paychex products.
• Submit accurate new business paperwork and reports on time.
• Expedite resolution of customer problems or complaints.
• Project a positive image representing the corporation to clients.
