Job summary

Paychex Deutschland GmbH is seeking an experienced Outside Sales professional to grow the client base and increase revenue within Core Sales, HR Services Sales, or Major Market Sales. You will use the Go-to-Market strategy to engage key stakeholders and expand Paychex solutions across payroll, HR, and advisory services.

The role requires a track record in outside sales with strong cold-calling skills, CRM experience, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5 years of experience in Outside Sales.
• 4 years of experience in the Human Capital Management industry.
• Cold Calling experience.
• CRM Software experience.
• Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Leverage Go-to-Market sales strategy to identify needs and present Paychex solutions to key stakeholders.
• Schedule appointments and visit potential and current referral sources to secure referrals.
• Prospect for new clients and referral sources using phone, direct mail, seminars, and current client visits.
• Analyze customer needs and determine appropriate products; refer to appropriate party when needed.
• Submit accurate new business paperwork, expense reports, and weekly activity reports.
• Expedite resolution of customer problems or complaints.
• Project a positive image representing the Corporation to clients and the community.
• May travel outside geographical territory for conferences, training, and area meetings.
