Job summary

Builders FirstSource in Flagstaff, AZ seeks an experienced sales professional to represent the company with residential, multi-family and commercial customers. You will gather customer needs, translate them into design specifications, and develop compelling proposals.

In this role you may lead in the absence of the Sales Manager, train junior staff, deliver effective presentations, and identify new opportunities. A bachelor’s degree in Sales/Marketing or related field with experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or related field plus two (2) years prior sales experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities to effectively engage diverse customers.
• Ability to develop sales contracts and proposals for residential, multi-family and commercial projects.

Responsibilities

• Represents the company during the sales process by collecting data on customer needs and design specifications.
• Develops sales contracts for residential, multi-family and commercial projects from client specifications.
• Troubleshoots field issues and provides solutions to complex customer requirements.
• Plans and conducts sales presentations for current and prospective customers.
• Researches and solicits new customers to generate sales opportunities.
