Shadow Light Studios is seeking a results-driven Sales Outreach Lead to hunt high-value prospects, craft outreach that gets opened and replied to, and book meetings with executives for our viral-content engine. This remote, async team rewards performance with base plus commission and a $1k sign-on bonus after closing the first three deals.

Responsibilities

• Hunt high-value prospects using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Craft outreach that gets opened, read, and replied to.
• Book meetings with qualified leads ready to talk business.
• Manage outreach pipeline in ClickUp and track performance in Google Sheets.
• Identify and secure podcast opportunities for the CEO.
• Test, iterate, and optimize messaging to convert.
