Job summary

Shadow Light Studios is seeking a results-driven Sales Outreach Lead to hunt high-value prospects, craft outreach that gets opened and replied to, and book meetings with executives for our viral-content engine. This remote, async team rewards performance with base plus commission and a $1k sign-on bonus after closing the first three deals.

You’ll use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ClickUp, and Google Sheets to track performance, identify podcast opportunities for the CEO, and move quickly while

• Hunt down high-value prospects using LinkedIn Sales Navigator like a heat-seeking missile
• Craft outreach that actually gets opened, read, and responded to
• Book meetings with qualified leads who are ready to talk business, not tire-kickers
• Manage the entire outreach pipeline in ClickUp and track performance in Google Sheets
• Identify and secure podcast opportunities for our CEO (the cherry on top)
• Test, iterate, and optimize messaging until it converts
